Taking forward its mandate of academic but action oriented research, ACKU launches new section on its website Tahleelnama [Analysis letter] to make constructive interventions in public debate.
We will be publishing articles and other contributions in English, Persian and Pashto.
Contributions should be academically grounded but aimed at popular consumption.
We encourage researchers/writers/bloggers to send their articles on socio-political and cultural issues, as well as international relations of Afghanistan, under the following categories:
Commentary: 1500–2500 words
Opinion Article: 800–1200 words
Reflection: 500-800 words
Book Review: 800–1000 words
All contributions should be sent in Word Format as attachment on submissions@acku.edu.af – Font should be 12-point Times New Roman. Use “Submission” as the subject in the email address block. The submission should also include a short bio and a photo of the writer.
We shall try our best to respond to your mail within three working days, but if you do not hear from us in 72 hours, consider it as a polite No.
Only those contributions that stand the strong scrutiny of academic rigor but are written in lucid language will be published.
At this moment, we are not in position to give any remuneration for your contributions.
