Today (December 12, 2019), ACKU hosted NCDP’s event, “The First Series of Reclaiming Peace in Afghanistan | an Essay Writing Competition,” at its premises.

During the event, the panelists, Dr. Soraia Dalil, Dr. Omar Sadr and Mr. Sayed Madadi, discussed about youth and peace, and distributed awards to the five winners of the essay writing competition. The winning essays reflected poverty in Afghanistan, USA’s role in the peace process, economic development, agriculture and natural resources, security, regional cooperation, sustainable peace, etc.
